ReviewsNovember 2015 - We have just returned from 3 fabulous weeks at CBC 19F.The pictures on the web are an accurate reflection but they don't capture just how special this apartment is .The owners have introduced their own personality and style into the place making it feel like your Home not just a rental. From the fully equipped kitchen ,to the TV system (there's always time for football ) to the totally stunning balcony this is a fantastic place . The location is not bad either , CBC is a safe , well maintain & friendly environment .The beach is just seconds away while the local shops are a short stroll away , you must have breakfast at Maggie Maes .The Jolley Trolley stops just outside so you can visit Clearwater and leave the car behind. If you visit this apartment YOU WILL RETURN .
August 2015 - The unit is exactly as pictured and described. Great layout with the Master bedroom/bathroom and Guest bedroom/bathroom on opposite sides of the unit. The kitchen has all of the cookware needed for meal preparation. Exquisite views from both bedrooms and living/dining area. Convenient location to both the beach and pool. The grounds are impeccably maintained. We would definitely stay at this property again!
June 2015 - We loved our stay at this property! It was even prettier in person than the pictures. The owners gave us very detailed instructions for our arrival and departure which made it a simple stay. We enjoyed the unforgettable views! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to our family and friends. Everything was very well maintained and in working order. We felt very secure staying here.

January 2015 - "I am a returning guest at 19F at the Crescent Beach Club. A lifelong
Florida vacationer, this condo, property, and location is my absolute
favorite way to experience the Sunshine State. I have stayed both in
summer and winter, and find both seasons equally enjoyable on Sand
Key, especially with the amenities and view this condo affords.
Inside, I want for nothing. The marble floors, refreshing showers,
contemporary kitchen, and inviting balcony are just some of my
personal favorite aspects. One can feel the care and time invested at
every corner.Overall, the property is magnificent. From the extensive fitness
equipment in the gym/spa (sauna and steam room), to the swimming pool,
deck, and hot tub (which are rarely shared by more than 2-3 families
in my experience), to the library, I enjoy it all. The location is
great for daily walks/jogs, with the convenient nearby plaza. We enjoy
eating in (often on the balcony), as much as we do exploring
Clearwater Beach, Largo, and beyond. As a finicky person, 19F meets
and exceeds my every expectation. This condo has colored so many of
our great vacation memories-and I am sure that I am not alone.
December 2014 - Cresent Beach Club was wonderful and unit 19F was wonderful. It is excellently decorated, very clean and well kept. Our family rented 19F and another unit for two weeks. We had a terrific time. Beautiful sun sets! Everything was fabulous!
September 5, 2014 - We stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 days. There were only 2 of us so it was larger than we needed but had everything on our "wish list". It was great to have Wi-Fi as well. It was right on the beach, with a pool, fitness room and a large balcony to watch the sunsets from. The exercise room had great up to date equipment, a hot tub, sauna and steam unit. The reservations were handled efficiently and the condo was clean and exactly as attractive and welcoming as it looks in the pictures. The people we met in the complex, around the pool and beach were all so pleasant and kind. We saw dolphins every day and once my husband was out on the SUP and the dolphins were swimming around him and went right under his board. There are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from and we didn't once have a meal we weren't happy with.
July 2014 - We spent 1 perfect week in this absolutely beautiful condo. Meticulously clean. Posh & elegant perfectly describe this unit yet comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful marble/granite and entirely updated with lovely furniture, comfy beds, gorgeous bath and kitchen, and decorated to perfection yet personal. The owners thought of everything to make our stay… well, perfect! Views from the balcony, LR and from each BR are amazing. You can see for miles or just enjoy the panoramic beach view up close. The pool was convenient and the private beach (at least it seemed private) was perfect for finding collectable shells and each person we met was so friendly! The safe and secure area allowed us to enjoy short lovely walks to some restaurants and fun shopping, yet Clearwater Beach was a short drive to more restaurants. In between was lovely Sand Park. Our favorite restaurants were a short drive south to less commercialized restaurants (than Clearwater) especially one called E & E Steakout Grill with delicious steak and/or lobster specials.We cannot think of any place that we enjoyed so much. We recommend it whole heartedly! We had a perfect time and we think you will too.
July 18, 2014 - Really enjoyed our vacation. The condo made us feel like home with everything from the small personal touches to the high level of cleanliness. The views it provided were second to none and we coukd never have asked for better. No matter the time we came back from a day out we felt comfortable because of the safe neighborhood and 24hr expert security. We would recommend this unit without hesitation.
June 7, 2014 - We were very impressed with this awesome condo. It was very clean and furnished wonderfully. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony is amazing. April 26, 2014 - The unit is ideal for a couple or two couples. The unit is beautiful in design and function. Great views and very comfortable to stay in. Pictures online represent the unit exactly. The unit was well maintained,but found it could have been cleaned slightly better. It is very close to several restaurants and activities without driving
February 1, 2014 - The listing description of the location was accurate and the photos reflected the rentals appearance. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to my relatives and friends. We enjoyed dinner at the Columbia, breakfast at Maggie Maes and lunch at Crabby Bills. We enjoyed the wonderful beach and watching the sunsets.
