March 2018 - This condo was great. It was actually much nicer than the pictures show. It was beautifully updated, well stocked, and offered amazing sunset views. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Owners left a great book of things to see and do. We truly felt like personal guests of theirs. Renting through TeemingVR was easy. They communicated well and our check-in and out was so convenient. Customer service was great. The whole process was so easy. Will definitely use them again for vacation rental needs and hope to rent this condo again. What a relaxing week!

January 2018 - Condo has been remodeled and decorated so well, it quickly becomes a comfortable place to relax and take in the views. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and practical. Views of the water and beach from all over the Condo.

April 2017 -Fantastic 2 bedroom unit. Newly remodeled with spectacular views of the water. Great patio deck overlooking the beach.

April 2017 - stayed there 4/8-22 2017. Did much research and found this unit to be simply beautiful. Booked thru teeming vr and they are wonderful, helpful folks. this unit has had extensive remodeling and is beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect vacation. beautiful unit with top notch décor. The balcony is totally screened in and has sweeping views of madeira beach and its beautiful sand beach and calm waters. I cant rate this any higher. Three TV's. shaded parking, a/c

March 2017 - We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures and has just about everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked, there wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't there, and there were lots of beach toys and chairs, even an umbrella. The only thing missing were beach towels. I liked how there is a Win Dixie within walking distance and the kids really enjoyed the mini golf down the street. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance too but I would suggest driving up to The Pub or The Conche instead. The pool was nice although there are a lot of older people living in the building so they don't like the kids playing with toys in the pool, which is understandable. The building is not large and there are a few elderly people that live there for part of the year and they were really friendly and always around. We would stay here again!
