Grand Opening of 2 Bedroom Sensation at Delightful Bungalow Beach Place in Indian Shores!

After 45 years of ownership, the Bungalow Beach Place has been taken over by a new family with new dreams and ideals for this exclusive property. Bungalow Beach Place, formerly known as the Florentine, has been newly renovated and updated with the latest luxury features such as all new appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops, new cabinets, updated bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture and electronics.

Built in 2016, this exquisite get-away has been carefully appointed with everything you will need to fully experience beachside bliss. The tropical landscape with its beautiful coconut palms provide just the right amount of shade while rustling in the Gulf's breeze. The inviting patio area has the newest luxury outdoor furniture with brand new cushions for your added comfort. Available for your use is a large barbecue grill that has both gas and charcoal grilling components, outdoor coolers, tiki torches and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Hands down this is the perfect setting for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing while listening to the waves crashing on the beach and the smell of the fresh salt air. There is also an onsite laundry facility available to all guests.

No detail was missed when planning this seaside sensation. The bright and airy living room offers a rustic beachside motif with plenty of comfortable seating soaked in natural light and an oversized television is available for your viewing enjoyment. Flowing seamlessly into an elegant dining area and spectacular kitchen, the chef in your party is sure to want to show off their culinary skills. Perfect for extravagant dinners or socializing over cocktails, the festivities are sure to overflow into this lovely extension of living space. Fitted with stainless steel appliances, custom fixtures and beautiful butcher block island, it is clear that this kitchen was planned for even the most discriminating epicurean.

The living area continues to flow onto the spacious deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the refreshing sea breezes and sounds of the surf. Just steps away, the sandy shoreline and crystal blue waters await.
The elegant Master bedroom offers a Queen bed with luxurious linens, large screen television, spacious closet and French doors leading to the deck. An adjacent bath boasts an oversized shower with custom tilework and attractive cabinetry. Natural light pours through the oversized window in the second bedroom with a comfortable full bed for a second couple or a fun loft get-away for children. A spacious closet and built in cabinetry finish off this space. A second, full bath provides convenience and privacy just around the corner.

For added comfort condos at Bungalow Beach Place are fully appointed with brand new pillow top mattresses dressed in down bedding, ultra-soft bamboo linens, and the finest soft luxury bath towels. Each boasts its own full kitchen with brand new appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, full set of cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. Brand new 50" LED Samsung flat screen smart televisions have been installed and units with an additional bedroom also have a flat screen. Each luxury condo is uniquely and tastefully decorated with individual coastal themes, and complimentary state of the art Wi-Fi is available for your use throughout the property.

Originally known as Indian Rocks South Shore, this quiet beach town is one of the oldest and smallest beach communities with the longest name. It was named Indian Rocks Beach, South Shore because the tiny community wanted a separate identity from the City of Indian Rocks Beach. The Town averages only a block in width between the Gulf of Mexico and by an area known as The Narrows.

It was originally an Indian campsite and got its name from the large red rocks found along its shoreline. Its first "settlers" were a pair of Robinson Crusoe-Type brothers named Cochran. In 1883 four Cedar Key speculators sailing to St. Petersburg, stopped to explore the Island. They were fascinated by the Island's possibilities for future development and bought it from the Cochran Brothers for a nominal sum. It is said the brothers bartered their Island "for little more than a string of beads and $25.00, figuratively speaking, like the Indians of Manhattan". The region soon became a popular residential and vacation area for many prominent Tampans such as the McKay family. (Tampa Tribune)

Until a wooden turn bridge was built in 1916, a ferryboat transported pedestrians to the Island, and a barge carried horses, buggies and a few automobiles to the summer resort. In 1905 the Railroad ran a spur line from the mainland to the beach and a hotel was built, adding to the Island's popularity. The railroad spur was abandoned later, but the community continued to grow especially during the Post-World War II building boom. Eventually in 1973 the name was officially changed to the more manageable Indian Shores. Presently the town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home and is popular from snowbirds to seabirds. Favorite local spots are the eccentric Indian Shores Coffee Company and the popular Salt Rock Grill.
