Loved the place

I’ve never rented a place before, and these guys were SUPER easy to work with! They are very organized and the whole booking and renting process was very smooth! The place was great for us! We had 8 in our party, and there was plenty of room for us all! The kitchen had everything we needed to use! We enjoyed watching dolphins and the beautiful sunsets over the ocean in the evening on the deck or from the dining table was amazing! We liked having the paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, grill, and beach chairs there to use as we wanted. We did encounter the dryer overheating if you plan to do more than a couple of loads at a time, but it would still work for a load here and there. We didn’t experience it being too hot upstairs with the dryer going as some others had mentioned. The beds were SO comfortable and we all loved the soft sheets! There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, and sheets too! We never did figure out the upstairs TVs, but it was ok as we were on vacation anyways. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
We walked to Sea Dogs for dinner one night, and it was good eatin’. (Their strawberry daquiris were the best!) We went Parasailing the Pass which was not too far at John’s Pass and a lot of fun! We also went kayaking through Coastal Kayaks Charters and enjoyed that! We ate at Dockside Dave’s and they have great local caught grouper and yummy waffle fries! We ate breakfast at Waffle House and it was inexpensive and good food. The rest of the time, we ate at the condo from food we bought at Publix which is only .8 miles down Gulf Blvd. There are also shopping places that are close.
We really enjoyed our time at Treasure Island and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were there!

Angela was amazing

Also I wanted to add that Angela was such a help in us picking this condo! She had just been to it when I called to book it and she could answer a lot of my questions that I had about it! The answers that she didn’t know, she asked then got back to me! Thank you Angela!!!

Perfect inside and out plus great location.

After reading so many reviews with extensive praise for this property I can only say every one of them was spot on. We were 7 adults on a family break and we had a great time. This property was very well appointed and we were very happy here. Also, first time in the area and will definitely come back. I am keeping this rental in my must return to file! This section of the beach was not crowded but within a short walk we could be at stores, restaurants, and bars. The free (tips) taxi service was great as parking anywhere along this stretch of the coast is limited and costly.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The property was very well maintained and clean. We had 6 people and it was comfortable. When we arrived the cleaning crew was not quite finished but invited us in to put our belongings away. He was not leaving until the place was 100% and it was. The location is perfect for anyone who is looking for beachfront, bars, shopping and restaurants. You can walk or bike to Publix. Caddy’s on the Beach and Sea Dog Brewery are right around the corner. Included are 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, multiple beach chairs and more. We left 2 umbrellas there. The place includes all kitchen utensils, flatware, dishes, etc. and a “starter kit” for all paper products, including but not limited to, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. We visited over spring break and the area was quiet which was awesome! The deck on the main floor was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunrise and set and the top deck was perfect for sun bathing and seeking out the dolphins. John’s Pass is right up the road and is a must see. Shops and great restaurants including Bubba Gump, Hooters, Gators and the Friendly Fisherman. Dolphins were everywhere! I could go on and on about the area and the property but I will end with this. The property was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. If you are looking for luxury than I would recommend this property.

Great Time @ Beach Haven

Stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely condo. We were lucky to have booked the condo last summer prior to the price increase and reaped the benefits of the remodel. The condo is undoubtedly beautiful in its decor and amenities. We also liked its location on the beach. The condo is not set back far from the waterfront. Convenient for going back and forth for bathroom breaks and drink refills, no need to drag the cooler to the beach. Found the beach to be very clean- no little pieces of plastic in the sand, only shells. We were within walking distance from the liq. store, 7eleven, and several bar/restaurants. The bikes came in useful for biking to Publix, farmers market, and shopping all within 1-2 miles. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We made over half our meals in the condo. You will find VERY sharp knives, plenty of pots and pans, storage containers and more dishes than you can dirty in a day. We made use of the paddleboard, kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, gas grill, cooler, bikes and beach toys like noodles and wave boards. The beds are comfortable. Loved the loungers on the upper deck and the furniture on the main deck was comfortable as well, we spent a lot of time on the spacious deck watching sunsets. I liked the fact it was mostly shaded from the sun. We had a few minor issues and relayed them to the Teeming staff, who responded quickly to our requests. The only thing I can see may be a problem for some are the stairs. The unit is on the second and third floor as most in Florida are. I personally thought of it as my workout for the day. Also the unit is close to Gulf Blvd, and traffic is fast and can be heard while on the deck. Again this didn’t bother me, smokers in our group found watching the traffic entertaining. Nobody in the back bedrm stated it was an issue for sleeping. Bar/Restaurants: We enjoyed Bonefish for dinner, have to order the bang bang shrimp. Ricky T for dinner was good, but breakfast was a disappointment. Sloppy Joe’s was mediocre and overpriced, unless you sit outside and enjoy the sunset. It was raining for us so had to sit inside. Had drinks and apps. at Sea Dog Brewery and Sea Hags, both good choices. We enjoyed music and drinks at Ka Tiki Bar several nights (walking distance). We rented a 19’ deck boat at the Blind pass marina, 4hrs was $300, very cool exploring the intercostals, it’s a whole other experience from the beach.

January 2019 - This our second year staying in this unit. We fell in love with it last year. The location is PERFECT. It's spacious and quiet and most of all relaxing. BUT this year we were BLOWN AWAY. They JUST remodeled and it is gorgeous. Everything is brand new. The difference from last year to this year is remarkable (and we really liked it last year). You will not be disappointed. Lounge on the comfortable furniture on the decks. Go for a bike ride (4 brand new beach bikes), kayaks, paddle board, lawn chairs, cooler, beach toys, life jackets, fully stocked kitchen all supplied to make your stay truly a great experience. You literally do not have to leave this place, it has it all! It is super clean and feels so homey. Did I mention EVERYTHING is brand new?! Every last detail is perfect. We are hooked and will not consider staying anywhere else for our yearly vacation toTreasure Island. I was unsure I wanted to leave a review because I want to make sure it's always available for us. ;) Highly recommend..... We plan to book our next year stay right away! Jami E

July 2018 - We arrived at this nice secluded property on July 4th with other family member. It is literally 5 steps away from the soft white clean beach. The house was beautiful, and everyone in our group had a comfortable stay at this wonderful spot. We would definitely return in the near future.

May 2018 - Wonderful stay! This condo is perfect for a friendcation. We thought we were going to have four people (1 couple plus two friends), but there ended up only being three of us, so we didn’t use the third bedroom. The two bedrooms we used had sliding doors with beautiful views of the gulf and access to the upper level deck. Other reviewers have mentioned that the sleeping areas got hot. At the time we stayed, it wasn’t super hot outside—highs maybe in the low 90s—and we were perfectly comfortable in those upstairs rooms. We did keep the blinds closed when the sun would be shining in to warm the rooms. There are also ceiling fans in the rooms (only one of us used it) and an oscillating fan available as well, if you need it. Paper products to get you started (towels and bathroom tissue) were provided, and we replenished as needed. There’s a Publix store about a half mile away. We didn’t find coffee filters, so purchased those and left the remaining there. This is not a complaint—especially since it is clear that this property is self-catering—I just mention it for completeness. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, dining ware, and utensils. There is a nice selection of glassware as well; even the perfect glasses for my delicious Aviation cocktails (we brought our own shaker and juicer specifically for that purpose:) ). The lower deck is great for hanging out with cocktails, watching the waves roll in, and viewing the beautiful sunsets. There are shades you can lower when the afternoon sun gets too punishing for you. The furnishings are quite comfortable; we made use of the beds, dining table/chairs, and outdoor furniture, mostly. Towels, etc. are provided and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets as well. The space appears to be cleaned by a cleaning service, and even included those little “this toilet hadn’t been used yet” strips we recall from childhood vacations. Everything was clean and comfortable. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower that is somewhat dark, but not too dark for cleaning yourself. Shaving is better done in the larger shower in the common bathroom. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 30-second walk down to the beach, where it wasn’t crowded at all. Very peaceful and relaxing! You can hear traffic from Gulf Blvd when on the decks, but in the condo it is pretty quiet. There is a nice supply of beach toys and chairs. We didn’t examine too closely, because we only needed two chairs, but there were probably at least five or six. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand as well. We were able to park two cars in the carport, and a third would have fit in a small sort of driveway. We didn’t need to contact Jeff and Gina for anything during our stay, but I did contact them to thank them and say things were great. It didn’t require a reply, but...

May 2018 - The views from both large decks were amazing! Enjoyed morning coffee listening to the gulf as well as evening glass of wine watching the sunset! Plenty of room for our large extended family gathering.

January 2018 - We loved our stay. The location is unbeatable. This area of the beach is quieter which was perfect for our 2 year old. It was really nice that they had sand toys and everything needed for days on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, crockpot and more. Highly recommend this place.

December 2017 - Used VRBO many times and this was one of the most fun locations.

November 2017 - This is the perfect spot to vacation at the beach...a short walk to a quiet stretch of beach, perfect spot to watch the sunsets! The kitchen is better stocked than many rentals and the large deck provided a wonderful spot to dine outside. With 5 adults and one toddler, it was just the right size.

June 2017 - This beach house was awesome! Right on the beach! House was clean and spacious enough for my whole family. The deck was absolutely amazing to sit on each morning and have my coffee. We saw several dolphins on several different occasions right from our sliding glass door. House is well equipped with beach items and chairs. The people at TeemingRV were so very nice and helpful in helping me plan for my trip and always got back with me right away when I would send them and e mail. I highley recommend this rental!

May 2017 - It was a lovely place to spend a holiday weekend. We had a party of 8, all of whom had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of room. And the cookware! I was really very pleasantly surprised at the nice cookware in the unit. We had ample parking, and enjoyed the outdoor shower. I would recommend it (except that I want to keep it to myself)!

March 2017 - Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with breathtaking views from the first and second floor balconies. Great location on the white sand beach of Treasure Island. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping.

November 2016 - A group of friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! The house was clean and had lots of extra pillows and blankets. It is literally right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and we had so much fun there. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this house.

September 2016 - Beautiful house and we loved our time staying here.

August 2016 - Nice friendly communication.
