Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

December 19, 2013 - What a great time we had. Not disappointed at all. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway vacation. Beautiful beach and accomodations. Always have problems sleeping in hotels but not here. Any issues would like to see a bit more updates to bathroom tub/shower area only and a little more handicap accessible. Hope to visit again and def will stay here again!!!

November 13,2013 - We were THRILLED with the area where the condo is located. It was just one mile from our son's work and 3 miles from his home. The TWO decks had beautiful views like none other. We watched the sun come up on the waterway side deck and watched it go down on the beach side. The building pretty quiet even with the construction downstairs.The gatemen were very friendly and did their jobs well.The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I brought an electric candle, afghans and floor rugs hat matched everything perfectly. So we removed the throw rugs in the bathrooms already there and put them with the linens in order that they would not have to be washed. The kitchen was great! When the garbage disposal didn't work, we waited about a week and called. Within one day two men came and fixed it. They also cleaned the blades by putting in ice cubes and I learned that tip for my home garbage disposal. The dishwasher also did not work that first week, so we though there must be a circuit breaker box somewhere. When I called and found out where, we flipped it and everything worked just fine. I don't think anything was left out for our convenience by wa of chairs, dishes, kitlchen utensils, even the beach towels were big and lovely. Hardly anyone used the pool while we were there and we enjoyed having it almost to ourselves. It was so refreshing and pleasant.We liked having the glass doors on the Gulf side balcony as it kept rain and wind away when necessary. I bought potted flowers for each table outside and a big fern. We threw out the flowers when we left and left the fern outside the entrance door.We loved how many places there were to eat and visit within a relatively short distance. We were pleased with each place. We saw the boat race, the Holocoust Museum in St. Pete, Military Museum in Largo, Historic village in Seminole, and loved riding up and down Gulf Blvd. Clearwater with all it's attractions was so close and we could see the fireworks from the balcony at the end of the boat race. I was impressed with the large closet in the master bedroom. It was perfect for our things that we didn't want laying around. And the closet in the hallway inside the door was also very good for cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. The all tile floors were easy to clean.The linens were very good ones and the king bed was so comfortable especially for my husband, that he did not experience hip pain which he normally does at home. The TV's worked perfect and the lounge chair in the living room was "mine" since I have back issues. It was great. The ONLY things I would offer a suggestion for would be the tub and handles and downspout cover in it could be replaced and the woodwork and doors could use some paint. Please tell Jeff and Gina that we would like to come back again next year arriving Friday, September 26 and leaving Monday, October 27 if it is available.Thanks to Madonna for her help as well. We truly were pleased with everything.

August 30, 2013 "Great spot at the beach"
We loved staying in this beautiful decorated apartment. The view is great, both to the beach -and the baysite. Direct access to the beach and swimmingpool with always enough room for the 4 of us. The beds were good, however sleeping in the 2nd room was hardly possible due to the loudness of the airconditions. We would prefer washing inside the apartment instead of central laundry with coins. Overall we had a good stay allthough we do prefer St Pete's beach over the crowdy centre of Clearwater Beach in the weekend.
