Bring the family and the boat, which can be docked at the private dock, just steps away. Two thousand square feet of living space means plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the setting at your own pace. Natural light flows through the French doors in the living area providing a relaxing environment to socialize and unwind. Awaken to the sunrise over the water from the King bed in the Master bedroom wrapped in luxury linens. Spacious closets and an elegant bureau offer plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. A large screen television is an added bonus, though, hardly necessary with the panoramic views available just up the spiral staircase on the rooftop terrace. Bring your favorite cocktail and friends to enjoy 360 degrees views of both sunrise and sunset. Take advantage of the soaking tub in the luxurious master bath after a long day out on the water or a stand- alone shower is also available after a sandy day at the beach.
The second bedroom offers two double beds in cool blues and ample storage for personal items with both a wooden dresser and closet. An additional television can be enjoyed in this room. The third bedroom also hosts two double beds dressed in a cheery travel theme. A second full bath with shower is adjacent to these rooms with an additional half bath available as well. All the convenience of home can be found in the elegant kitchen overlooking the split level living area. A full size refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker provide everything you need to pack picnic lunches or create a family feast. Enjoy your meal in the intimate dining area with glass top table or al fresco on the patio overlooking the golden glow from the evening sunset.

These intracoastal townhomes were built in 2006 with luxury in mind. The community features 10 private units with garages. The grounds are beautifully maintained and feature a heated waterfront pool. The superb location has you minutes from Clearwater Beach which is often referred to as the "Best Beach Town in Florida". It is lauded for its gorgeous white sand and sparkling waters, not to mention beachside fun for all ages. It offers a variety of delicious restaurants, bars and shopping, contributing to the overall energetic vibe of this area. This is a small, walk-able beach community and the pedestrian-friendly Beach Walk Promenade and the colorful red and yellow Jolley Trolley make it easy to explore. Be sure to visit the Clearwater Aquarium and delight in breathtaking sunsets at the famous Pier 60. Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

We were pleased with the layout of this large unit. The kitchen is appointed to make cooking a breeze. The water view of our own dock made it a pleasure to dine outside and enjoy our morning coffee. There are pleanty of linens and the beds are really comfortable.
It’s only a 3 block walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. A wonderful place for our winter getaway.
