What is not to love about this luxurious 2275 sq.ft. Condominium? Built in 2003, this condo has many upgrades not typical of beachside living. From the ceramic tile flooring throughout, the huge and modern kitchen with granite countertops, and the lovely crown molding, this condo has all of the bells and whistles you could ask for on vacation. It features an open floor plan all overlooking the beautiful and pristine Gulf of Mexico. The living area features oversized and comfy furniture, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and a DVR. There is even a wet bar off of the kitchen and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! The "backyard-like" balcony will become a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the beach. The Gulf Front master bedroom has sliding patio doors that open to the balcony, a king size bed, a walk in closet, and a lavish bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub to soak in, a spacious shower, double sinks and a vanity area for putting on makeup. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds plus 2 trundles while the 3rd full bath hosts a tub and shower combination. Each condo is assigned two parking spaces which includes one spot in the garage. One of the most appealing features of this rental is that it has a cabana completely outfitted and ready for you to hit the beach or pool. At your fingertips you will find 2 bicycles, boogie boards, plenty of beach and lawn chairs and a refrigerator. With plenty of space and sleeping for six, this property offers a true luxurious dream vacation.

La Contessa has a Gulf-side private pool area with 2 heated pools, spa, barbeque facility and an exclusive 250 foot pier, reserved strictly for the guests. Almost a mile of beautiful sand slopes gently into the Gulf, which is perfect for swimming, shelling, sunning and strolling. A variety of deep-sea fishing charters, several casino cruises, dolphin watching nature tours, boat and wave runner rentals and parasailing are just a few of the activities available in Redington Beach or offered in neighboring beach communities. These are services and amenities typical of a much larger city without the crowds, bustle and impatience. Owner Tips: If you like homemade Italian food to shop for, eat in or take out, you have to visit a store called Mazzaro's, it is located at 2909 22nd Ave. in N. St Petersburg. It is a wonderful shop with cheeses, wines, meats, breads, pastries etc. The Lasagna is to die for.You also will not want to miss "Frenchies on the Beach" for lunch and if you go, you must try the She Crab Soup! Also for higher end dinners, there is The Middle Grounds Grill that is South on Gulf Blvd, past John's Pass drawbridge, (this is a cute place to shop but kind of touristy) on the left. There is also the Salt Point Grill North on Gulf Blvd about 4 miles and on the right and a Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store approximately 2 miles to the South.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

January 2018- We’ve been renting at La Contessa in February for the last five years. We love the ocean views, sunsets and spacious condo. The condo is very well stocked. Two pools and a hot tub. Well managed! Lots of great restaurants on Gulf Blvd.

January 2018 - We enjoy our stay at LaContessa every February. It is a wonderful escape from MI winters.

August 2017 - I took my family of 4 and both Grandmas to this unit at the La Contessa in August 2017 and we loved it. The condo is very spacious with 3 rooms, a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a nice dining and family room and a great view on the beach less than 50 feet away from our double balcony. It is very confortable for all in-house activities for 6 including texting if you have kids. The dinner table was perfect for our group. Located in North Redington beach, a calm resort area in the summer, we could access old St-Pete, Clearwater, several golf courses and food market easily. A few interesting restaurant are at walking distances: the Sweet Sage for breakfast and the Conch Republic Grill for dinner. This unit comes with a beach cabana filled with beach stuff, chairs, boards, a fridge and a sink which were all very convenient. To get in the shade at the beach, you can install your chairs under the condo guess pier. We were amazed at the number of fishes that were swimming around the pier and at the birds around it. We would recommend it without hesitation and hope to be able to go back!

April 2017 - The quick opinion is both the overall complex and the unit are terrific and make it very easy to relax, enjoy and recharge your batteries. The La Contessa building: it's not an overly huge building, I believe it has 55 units in total, but for this number of units it has two swimming pools, a hot tub (some much larger buildings have only one pool) the two pools make it almost a guarantee that a not too busy pool will be there all the time. You also have the beach just steps away. The actual rental unit: it's hard to say anything that has not been already said in the other good and A+ reviews here but I will give my comments nonetheless. Most people look for clean, this unit delivers clean or should I say "big league" as a very prominent person we know would say. Also, spacious is an understatement. The unit is well equipped with great bedding of quality and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to handle most any cooking or dining need you may want. When we arrived there were also many condiments already there which saved on having to restock with everything to prepare a meal. The unit is ceramic tile throughout which is far easier to maintain and keep clean than carpet, as well, it was clean and gives that added feeling of comfort. There are modern flat screen TV's and they have a great selection of subscribed channels to choose including some movies. The patio deck is well equipped with comfortable chairs as well as tables to make it convenient to sit and enjoy a snack, meal or your favourite beverage and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach. The patio deck also has fans which add to the comfort, there are also fans in the master bathroom and the living room which are great. The bedrooms do not have fans, which would certainly add to sleeping comfort but with the other plus features this unit has to offer this is not the end of the world. The first time experience making the rental arrangements with the unit went very smooth. We were provided clear and detailed information about the property needed to make the stay very enjoyable. There were also a few very nice notes left by the owners. These were very kind notes with words of encouragement to enjoy your stay, a very thoughtful and nice

December 2016 - Condo was spacious and immaculate. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful! Condo was fully stocked with amenities, felt like home. If you wanted to cook you would have everything needed. Great restaurants close by. We walked to Conch Republic one night and it was delicious (I suggest the Muscles Diablo!) We walked to the sweet sage cafe for breakfast and then walked around the decorated park across the street from the condo. The cabana by the pool/beach is a huge plus. You can bring down your drinks/lunch to store in the full size fridge, store floaties/beach toys, etc. One of the pools is heated which is nice since the ocean was a bit chilly. Lots of shells around for the beachcombers. We walked out to the private pier to watch the amazing sunset. Can't say enough about the place, it is a 5 star!

July 2016 - We stayed in this condo last year, loved it so much we returned this year. It has everything you need and lots more. Property and complex is very well maintained. Location is wonderful. Private pier and cabana is great. It feels very much like our home away from home and the Owner/Manager were wonderful. Customer Service was excellent. TV in master bedroom stopped working, only a minor problem to us, but it was replaced within 24 hours. Highly recommend this condo and rental agency. We are already planning to return in 2017.
