Lighthouse Pointe is a delightful complex featuring a gorgeous solar heated pool and lounging area. The meticulously manicured landscape presents a stunning grassy area to enjoy against the backdrop of the beautiful ocean shoreline. Ideally located in famous Redington Beach, known for its laid back and friendly atmosphere, the Lighthouse Point Complex is the envy of the entire community and is within walking distance to several restaurants.

Affectionately known as the Redingtons, this community is the place to slow the pace and enjoy the spectacular shorelines without the crowds and commotion. It is home to the Redington Pier, a historic landmark and popular tourist stop known for its fantastic fishing and abundant Florida wildlife. While the Redingtons are recognized for their residential ambiance, the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping, and water activities are close at hand. Plenty of dining options are available with local favorites like The Conch Republic Grill, The Sage Cafe' and Wildwood BBQ. Just a few minutes south awaits the infamous John's Pass with endless shopping and dining options, watersports rentals, and nightlife. The Redingtons overflow with natural beauty and coastal charm and the area's locally owned shops will undoubtedly yield a treasure or two.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

Most AMAZING Beach Condo

Everything you see online is just as it is when you arrive. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. If fact, I felt like I was stepping into a magazine cover. It made for an amazing vacation because everything was so beautiful! The direct beach access was incredible!! We had an amazing month at the condo and I hope to return. I would highly recommend this condo.

January 2019 - We really enjoyed our stay in this large two bedroom beach front condo. The sliding glass doors lead out to a patio with a modern table and chairs and a beautiful view of the beach with stairs leading down to the lawn and a relaxing swimming pool. There are several great restaurants and beach bars within walking distance, and John's Pass is just a few minutes south on Gulf Boulevard with beach shopping and seafood restaurants. This condo has a reserved covered parking space underneath the building next to stairs and a large elevator. A full size grocery store is only a few minutes away. This condo is very well appointed with updated furniture, appliances, laundry, cable and internet. The large TV allows connections to Netflix, Amazon, etc. The traffic is easy as the road from the beach to the mainland is close. Barbara N
