The "Great Gale" of 1848 created John's Pass on the Island's south end which is now home to the world famous John's Pass Village. This outdoor shopping and dining complex has more than 100 stores and restaurants, many sporting water views and a plethora of entertainment and is less than 2 miles from Ocean Sands. Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. April 2018 - Beautiful condo!! Awesome view.

March 2018 - Condo is well equipped, beautifully maintained and is in a great location. The large deck is sunlit most of the day and provides wonderful sunset views in the evening. A restful place to be, but also close to many interesting attractions. I would highly recommend this unit, the owners, and management company, as we found everything satisfactory.

February 2018 - This property is beautiful and modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, etc. for preparing meals in, and nice dinnerware and glassware too. We particularly liked the location - close enough to several restaurants that we could walk to, and close to grocery and drug store. And what can we say about the patio/deck/balcony - fabulous!! We stayed here last year and loved it so much, booked again for this year -

November 2017 - This was a super vacation spot. The area is easy to find and has a safe, comfortable feel. The building has everything you need, pool, hot tub, inside parking and controlled access to/from the beach and convenient shopping. The apartment is just as pictured in the promo and was oh so comfortable. The terrace was spectacular. It is huge. You can live out there and the divider gives just the right amount of protection from the wind!! So private, has umbrella for shade but the sun was glorious. The sunsets were beyond description! Our whole day was timed around sunset!!!!! This place is picture postcard perfect.

November 2017 - Despite the great pictures and reviews, we found ourselves very pleasantly surprised by this condo - the actual unit was even better than the pictures. It has plenty of room for a couple or a family (one king bed, two full size beds), and is decorated as one would decorate a very nice home. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances (including Keurig, icemaker, dishwasher) and with plenty of utensils and accessories that allow for home meal preparation. It has a washer and dryer, plenty of beach towels, and a closet full of beach items/equipment available for use. Wireless internet is both available and super-fast - a definite plus compared to many of the other St. Pete properties and resorts in which we've stayed. Decorations and furnishings are high-end, with tiled bathrooms and floors and a beautiful, molded dual master sink. The porch requires its own paragraph. More of a deck than a porch, it allows for lounging in the sun, eating by the seaside railing, or having a meal at the picnic table (w/umbrella and chairs for six). You've got a great view of the beach, with only the Tiki bar and a few stray palm trees standing in the way. The sun comes around the corner of the building ?around 9am?, and shines on the porch all day until it sets. Sunsets from the porch are gorgeous and unobstructed. Perhaps best of all, we found it to be quiet for almost the entire day. Sitting on the porch at mid-day, with a full beach and people at the pool (which is offset to the left of this unit and situated between buildings), usually the only sound we heard was the gentle breaking of the surf. That was it. Very few banner-pulling planes or powerboats, and only two commercial airliners all week. It's located in a great spot, off the beaten path but within 10 minutes to anything you want/need (restaurants, shopping, and Wal-Mart!) The rental company was very organized and responsive, keeping us posted on the status of our reservation, sending arrival instructions well ahead of time, sending a "things to do" pamphlet (and including one in the condo as well), and providing simple and easy-to-follow checkout instructions prior to departure. It was definitely a superb stay and we're strongly considering renting the same place again next

October 2017 - My 2 week stay was heavenly.. Gorgeous ocean front with huge private balcony and waking up in a wonderful king bed listening to the sound of the waves is magical.. Well equipped kitchen, great furnishings and gorgeous bathrooms!!! Couldn’t of picked a nicer condo!!

October 2017 - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property was very clean and exactly as described with everything your might require during your stay. There were restaurants, supermarkets and shopping close at hand. We enjoyed over looking the beach and actually saw dolphins swim up the beach a couple of times. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

June 2017 - Absolutely perfect! The condo newly renovated and clean. The patio is to die for and right on the beach. The views are spectacular and can see the sunsets! The food options were amazing. Nothing bad to say. Would definitely return and recommend to others!!!

April 2017 - Great unit, completely renovated. Easy to work with management company. We enjoyed the extra space on the balcony so you could eat and relax outdoors. We also appreciated beach towels and chairs being provided. Convenient location and beautiful beach.

April 2017 - I had the pleasure of staying at Oceans Sands in April of this year and I must say that this was a very pleasant experience for me. The location is perfect because one does not need a car- everything is close by. First, you are directly on the ocean. The large terrace provides a unique spot for sunbathing in the comfort of your home, enjoying dinner and admiring the sunset everyday. Second, I like to be able to walk everywhere I need to go. Across the street, I found a grocery store, a pharmacy, cozy restaurants, and various shops. My first stroll was in the morning on the beach when the air is so pure. You encounter active people who enjoy exercising; it gives you energy for the whole day. Then in the afternoon, I was in the ocean for a least an hour and a half. We were blessed to have such beautiful weather. Oceans Sands is a very comfortable unit. It is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It feels like home.
