Truly A Treasure Island "Treasure" Where "Old Florida" Meets Luxury Lifestyle!

*January -Easter, reservation must fall within Sat-Sat window.*

This condo at the Palms of Treasure Island sports a fantastic view of the intracoastal. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to watch frolicking dolphins and amusing boat activity. It features a great four top table and chairs extending the living area of this condo tremendously. Here you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning and your glass of wine in the evening, all with a beautiful landscape. The condo has stylish white leather furniture supporting the simple clean lines displayed throughout. There is a flat screen television, an open floor plan and thus plenty of room to sit back and relax. The kitchen is quite glamorous with its granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a luxury to experience even on vacation. Both of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with an abundance of dresser space and queen size beds. There is a television in the master bedroom in case you just want to "get away from it all. The bathrooms are super updated and both feature granite countertops and handsome ceramic tile, one with a walk in shower, the other with a shower and Jacuzzi tub combination. With a washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet throughout the complex, this condo could not be more comfortable.

The Palms of Treasure Island complex was built in 2008 and is located on famed Gulf Boulevard right on the Intracoastal Waterway in Treasure Island, FL home to one of Gulf of Mexico's most beautiful beaches. Each condo in the 5 story building has a spacious balcony and a great view of the gulf or the intracoastal. There is a full-sized pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the lively intracoastal. The complex also has a handy dock adjacent to the pool and a comfortable lobby that is open 24/7. Treasure Island beach in particular is one of the widest beaches in the area with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street in the sister property of Palms, the Seahorse Cottages and Beach Oasis. The property is two blocks south of the beautiful Treasure Island causeway with access to I-275 leading to convenient Tampa International airport. The property is less than 2 miles south of John's Pass with restaurants, shops, bars and all types of water sport rentals. Treasure Island is also home to the Treasure Island Beach Trail which was revamped in 2013. This almost mile long paved walkway along the east side of the beach is perfect for walking, running, skateboarding, roller-blading and biking.

Whether staying for the winter or for the week, this is a no brainer! Great view, steps from the gulf, and close to everything!

October 2018 - October 2018 - This place is amazing I’ll definitely go back and the staff is very friendly thank you very much!!! Vanessa V

July 2018 -Had a wonderful week staying at this condo. The view of the intercoastal waterway is amazing! We saw dolohins every morning. It was nice to watch the paddle boarders and boats going by as well. Condo had a small cooler and a couple of beach chairs and 2 nice beach tents that were relatively easy to set up and a must for the sunny beach. Short walk to the beach, short walk to many good restaurants. Sloppy Joes was a favorite as well as Old World Pizza. Took the trolley 2 miles up to Johns Pass. The Alligator Attraction is a must see. The arcade is okay too. The Mad Beach Brewery is fantastic! Great food and beer, but even if you don't drink, the food and atmosphere are worth it. They had free video games, indoor corn hole and pay to play pool tables and air hockey. The condo was clean and very nice and right next door to a Publix grocery store. Would be nice to have a collapsable wagon for beach stuff. We flew in so couldn't bring one. There are pool/beach toys and extra beach chairs downstairs by the pool entrance. And there is an outside shower inside the pool area along with a hose outside to rinse the sand off of your feet. Our family had a great time and we are looking forward to visiting the Gulf again next year! Karen G

March 2018 - My family stayed at this condo over spring break and it had everything you need and more. The condo was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the condo is very spacious. Everything you need is within walking distance, we parked our car and didn't get back in it until we had to leave to go home. The pool was fantastic with day and morning sun and evening shade. We saw dolphins every day and a couple of mornings we saw a few manatees. The ocean is right across the street, we went every night for the beautiful gulf sunset. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return next year. Danielle M

December 2017 - An extremely clean condo located close to everything, grocery store, restaurant, beach ... nothing to complain about the location.

December 2017 - My wife and I really enjoyed our week at this Condo. We have stayed on Treasure Island before, but really appreciated that this unit was on the backside of the building overlooking the Inter-coastal. It made for a beautiful view and we didn't get the road noise from Gulf Boulevard that we have when staying at other places. Yet we were still directly across the street from the beach and a bonus was that Publix was right next door. There were so many enjoyable places (on and off the beach) within walking distance. The unit itself was comfortable, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to family and friends. That said, I'm sticking with my five-start review but there is one thing feel compelled to mention. The internet is a shared public network with the entire complex. If your self-employed as I am and try to squeeze a video conference into the early morning or perhaps try to download content to your laptop, I wouldn't expect more that 10MBPS down and even less up. Be prepared to bring your own hotspot, go to a coffee shop or even leave that stuff at home and enjoy your vacation. Max S

May 2017 - Great place extra clean close to everything rental company great to deal with already booked for next year thanks Jeff and Gina

April 2017 - It was a really nice stay in Florida, I really recommend this area nothing is far away. Nice condo clean and fully equipped. Nice view on the balcony.

August 2016 - Very clean upon arrival, and loved the location! Close to a grocery store and access to beach. Could easily walk around and do some shopping and good location for driving to places and restaurants as well. We have little children and could easily keep an eye on them at the family friendly beach! My daughters also loved the pool and got a lot of use out of it. Lots of families were there on our trip and just loved the family friendly atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back for a future vist!

April 2016 - Comfortable, spacious unit with lovely view of the intercoastal waterway and just a short walk to the Gulf. Close to stores and restaurants, the unit can easily accommodate 2 couples. Very good customer service is provided by Teeming Vacation Rentals, they responded promptly to enquiries and were a pleasure to do business with. Thanks!

January 2016 - Location excellent. It was a little disarming to find bedrooms with no windows to the outside, just headboards/blinds blocking windows to open hallways off elevator, but we got used to it. Altho website states 4 night min, a 7 nite min prevails but owner did come thru for us to allow 4 nites. Great view, clean, quiet, nice pool & hot tub. A great experience. I would recommend it.

April 2015 - We rented this condo unit after Global Discovery offered us this complex for our family during Spring Break. We had a total of four condos for our family (One we rented right through Teemingvr) . We were very impressed with the layout of this condo and its spaciousness. Everything was clean and inviting in this condo. The cooking utensils were adequate, although a few more would have been nice. We did all of our cooking at the resort (since we had 16 people, little ones included, it would have been difficult going to restaurants!) We LOVED the picnic table area with the grills. We could all eat together (paper plates and plastice silverware!) and bring our trash to the trash area for removal. It was great! The pool area was very nice. There were enough beach lounge chairs for everyone (besides our family) who wanted one. The pool itself was nice. We were concerned, because this is the first condo resort we have rented from that did not have a heated pool. But, because the weather was so sunny and warm, it wasn't a problem. We didn't use the hot tub, however, because there were copious amounts of chemicals in it, and one lady there had the chemicals burn her chest. The dock was great as well. Our grandchildren took their fishing poles along to Florida, so this was an added benefit. We also purchased the recreational package and loved it. We used kayaks, bikes, and beach chairs everyday. The best! The one negative was that there was noone at the front reception area, even on the day we checked in. It would have been nice to have someone to answer our questions...a friendly face to welcome us.The area is great. The beach access across the street and a grocery store next door. There were many things to do and John's Pass was very close. We had a great family time.We are hoping that The Palms Resort of Treasure Island is on our list next year with Global Discovery Vacations. We would love to return as this is now one of our favorite Family Reunion Resort!
