Built in 2008, each luxury condo within the 5 story complex is privately owned and decked with upscale touches like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, open floor plan, private balcony with water views, and a master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub. The Palms boast both Gulf and Intracoastal views with a pool, spa and fishing dock bordering the Intracoastal Waterway. The new Treasure Island Beach Trail starts across the street at the County Park Beach Access and is a paved, lighted mile long walkway running along the coast. April 2018 - We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved everything! Will definitely be back.

March 2018 - The condo is decorated well and was clean upon arrival. The location is great! Beautiful views from the balconies, one over looking the gulf and the other you get a view of the inter coastal and the gulf. The pool area is great for afternoon swim and lounging. Close to shops, attractions, beach, restaurants and Tampa airport. The condo itself has ceiling fans in every room. Two good sized bathrooms. It is decorated nicely with a beach theme and was very comfortable for our stay. My only real complaint is the light shining in the master bedroom. Could easily be fixed with room darkening curtains. So I suggest you bring your eye mask! Beds were comfortable and the property overall was very nice. We would definitely recommend this property.

March 2018 - The property was great. Well kept , clean great views of the gulf. Beds were fabulous. Walking distance to everything. Propane barbeques were a bonus, worked well. The only little glitch was the lack of kitchen utensils, had to buy a spatula(which we left for others to use). We are looking forward to staying there again. Thanks Jeff and Gina.

February 2018 - We loved being on Treasure Island! The wide beaches and lack of high rises made it much less congested than other places we've stayed. The condo was in a great location near the bridge, and within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants and the grocery store. The pool was great and had an adequate amount of lounge chairs. The views from the condo were spectacular!

January 2018 - My husband and I stayed in Unit 402. It was nice, clean and had a great view. We stayed for two weeks. After arrival we did notice we had to go purchase a few things, There were no hangers to hang up clothes, or cleaning supplies which we purchase along with Garbage bags, Paper towel, TP, napkins, paper plates, solo cups, coffee filters, dish soap laundry detergent, dryer sheets, aluminum foil, saran wrap, bar soap, liquid soap etc. We did fly there so we couldn't take anything back with us, we left the unused and unopened items for the next quests, which I hope was ok. The location is great, right next door to a grocery store. Lots of places to walk to for food and drink. We had a car but enjoyed walking to a lot of places. Over all a very nice place and experience staying at The Palms 402, I feel this unit is one of the best views in the complex, top floor corner unit. Management note - Properties are considered self catering whereby guests are responsible for the items listed above. This information is in our documentation.

October 2017 - It is in a great location we spent 2 weeks there . It didn't have any clothes hangers to hang up your clothing . We lived out of our suitcase for the 2 weeks. There we no dish cloths which we purchased our selves and no kettle which we would have liked, would stay again but would like to have those things. Beautiful view and Publixs next store was great.we didn't like that pool wasn't heated. It might be a reason we wouldn't stay anymore.

August 2017 - The condo was perfect for us. First BEDS are very comfortable. I had an accident a few years back and always have trouble sleeping. Not here. Bathrooms large and the tub was great. I thought the walk would be too far and it was fine. It is along the widest part of the beach but a beach wagon helped tremendously. The pool and hot tub are immaculate as well as the grounds. A few things are sketchy to look at but understandable (bird wire and railing protectors) as well as the many signs of what to do and not do. We have not seen this before but understandable by the last day. Some people just don't care and lack good sense. The unit itself is nice. Bring what you want or need. Again it is not a hotel. Enough kitchen stuff to cook but longer than 5 days I would bring more things. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair for my husband. We are sit down for dinner family There are stools and a place to eat at counter and at coffee table but we also did dinner on the porch. The bedroom could use curtains as the lights from outside the walkway are really bright. Note there are not rugs so it is hard on the feet. It lacks they home-touches but we were so busy didn't notice too much. We will stay again for sure.Go to Shell Island take the shuttle cheapest way for the day. Note it is not Sanibel Island as far as the shelling. We rented wave runners. It is a very fun and easy. Ate at the Shrimpys Bistro. It is a must and ignore the location. Well worth it. Excellent cajun flair and we spend many, many weeks in a year NOLA. Thanks for the quick response and help in booking. Lovely time.

June 2017 - The condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. Great location, terrific view of the ocean, easy walk right across the street to the beach, and close to many bars/restaurants. The balcony was huge and just perfect for watching the sunset. Inside was comfortable with two nice sized bedrooms. Loved the convenience of having Publix right next door. One thing that would've been nice was having a dresser in the master bedroom. Other than that it truly was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

June 2017 - Views are great! Beds are comfortable. Could have used a few more kitchen items but other than that it couldn't have been better.

March 2017 - This was our third "escape" to Treasure Island and the Palms definitely made it the best. We had a great view from our 4th floor balcony and watched the sunset nearly every evening from it. The amenities were more than adequate and the unit was very clean and comfortable. My wife wanted to take the bed from the Master Suite home with us ! When one travels to "get away" it's all about location. I rented a car which it turns out we didn't need as one can walk to any of the local hot spots from this location. I sincerely believe that one can "uber" anywhere from here cheaper than car rental. We loved it so much that we are seriously looking to return next year. If the Palms had two elevators, we would give it 6 stars.

January 2017 - We had a great time and loved the unit except for the living room furniture which was large and not comfortable. We enjoyed the views if both the interglacial and gulf. The convenience of everything within walking distance great.

February 2016 - Managers were very helpful with instructions for building and unit access upon arrival. Even managed to arrange for an early availability of unit. The accommodations were attractive and very adequate. Plenty of towels, instructions for the property were very comprehensive. Loved having 2 balconies for variety in view & one was always less breezy, more sunny, etc. Restaurant and area recommendations were helpful. Unit could use some TLC, particularly deep cleaning of kitchen area. Would definitely stay again.
