Top Floor Classic with Views of Gulf and Intracoastal in Relaxed Treasure Island!

*January -Easter, reservation must fall within Sat-Sat window.*

The Palms of Treasure Island is truly a 'treasure' of Treasure Island, where historical, laidback 'Old Florida' meets luxury resort lifestyle. This 5th floor 2 bedroom condo features a huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf from which you can savor a morning cup of coffee or dine alfresco while enjoying an award winning sunset. This homey vacation gem is cheerfully decorated and has views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. The spacious floor plan includes a fully equipped designer kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating for five. It also has a high top table for 6 making it a perfect spot for a large gathering. The living area boasts a large wrap around couch, oversize club chair and wonderful flat screen television. There are actually 2 sliding glass doors that lead to this balcony where the view of the pristine Gulf beach is exquisite. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen television and lovely balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal. The 2nd bedroom is suited with 2 queen size beds and flat screen TV. Both bathrooms feature updated granite countertops and décor.

Built in 2008, this luxury complex is located directly across the street from the Gulf, just steps from that powdery white sand of Treasure Island Beach. The new Treasure Island Beach Trail starts across the street at the County Park Beach Access and is a paved, lighted mile long walkway running along the coast. This trail is perfect for sunset strolls and leisure bike rides, offering that 'peaceful easy feeling'.

As all treasure hunters know, location is paramount. The complex offers the ultimate in convenience right on the Intracoastal, steps away from the Gulf, next door to Publix grocery store, walking distance to restaurants & shops, and less than 2 miles south of renowned John's Pass with restaurants, shops, casino cruises & boat rentals. If you're still looking for more entertainment, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium are just across Tampa Bay and the Orlando theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World & LEGOLAND) are less than two hours away. The property is two blocks south of the Treasure Island causeway with access to I-275 conveniently leading to the Tampa International Airport.

This home-away-from-home offers the perfect vacation spot to soak up the Florida sunshine, enjoy award-winning beaches and make treasured memories that will last a lifetime.

June 2018 -This was our 2nd visit here. We love to start the day eating breakfast on the balcony and see the sun rise. A short walk to the beach. Lunch and naps, followed by time in the pool with the kids. We found a new restaurant, Red Mesa Catina, in St. Petersburg..best food ever. But our favorite time is sunset and pictures taken of kids and family on the beach. My son-in-law caught a mackeral fishing in the inner coastal way behind the condo. Upon arriving at the condo was unable to program garage keypad, then after getting an access code from another guest entered and because my I-phone did not have the app to help entry to condo. We manually reprogramed lock on condo door and no other problems gaining entrance. Suggestions: disposal not working well, clothes washer is very noisy. TV has 4 remotes...very difficult to use. Master bed mattress is uneven....tends to sink in the middle.

May 2018 - Great location with easy short walk to public beach, restaurants and grocery store.

May 2018 - Stunning Beach Sunsets right off the balcony. Within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Short drive to John's Pass and Historic Corey Avenue district. Beautiful place with room to relax. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees .

May 2018 - While the building is a bit dated, the condo itself was beautiful and nicely furnished. Like others before, we had issues trying to access the unit with the Virtual Key provided to us, but I was able to contact Kiana, who was able to reset the lock remotely. There are a few minor maintenance issues that I brought to the owner's attention, but nothing that spoiled our vacation. If you're looking for a beach vacation, you won't be disappointed. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and having a Publix next door is also a plus. There are also plenty of parking spots under the building to keep your vehicle a little cooler and protected. I recommend this unit.

April 2018 - We had a great time at the Palms. We have stayed at the Palms for 6 years now, this was our first stay in Unit 405. The unit was perfect for our stay. We have already booked for next year! We had a small problem upon arrival with the air conditioner. The response was fantastic. You had someone out to check it within an hour, and it was fixed the next morning! Super service.

February 2018 - Beautiful Condo. Convienant to restaurants and beach bars.

December 2017 - The condo was everything like the ad said and what the pictures showed. Very spacious and clean! Right next door to Publix which was great since we didn’t have a car. The only negative is that the pooll is not heated. Even though the weather was amazing while we were here , we never went in the pool because it was too cold. There is a hot tub though. Would definitely come back!

October 2017 -We stayed here for 3 weeks. The property is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. There is even a cupboard with deckchairs for the beach and Childrens play equipment for the pool/beach. There are 2 balconies at the property. The bedroom balcony has a view over the waterway, so you can sit and watch the Dolphins play in the bay. The apartment is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Super impressed. We can’t wait to return next year. Thanks again

September 2017 - The apartment is as described and as in the pictures, nice large balcony, with direct sea view, and sunset guarantee Very good location, to the beach ?? just across the street, shopping and great restaurants are within walking distance, our favorite was in the evening "Ricky T's", very tasty cocktails ??. Unfortunately, Hurricane "Irma" in the Master Bedroom the floor was broken, but should be repaired The only negative was, which one rules everywhere, which is actually self-evident.

September 2017 - This condo was perfect. Overlooks both the gulf and bay. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

August 2017 - We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described. Beautiful place to stay.

August 2017 - Condo and amenities were as shown in the pictures and the staff at Teaming Vacation Rentals were wonderful!!! Would definitely recommend the condo and Teaming Vacation Rentals. And a special thank you to Shelby!

May 2017 - This was our second stay here. Everything was just as perfect. Location is great, views are awesome, and place was super clean. Nice warm pool (although not heated, it was a comfortable temperature) we will be back again!

May 2017 - Very clean condo! Lots of space to spread out, amazing views and can't beat being able to watch dolphins from your bedroom balcony. Pool area is large, never crowded and lots of floaties around for the kids. Close to everything! We cannot wait to come back!!!

March 2017 - Great condo and location. The views were amazing and the condo furnishings and cleanliness are some of the best we have experienced! We will be back to nab this space again!

March 2017 - This condo was perfect for our Spring Break location. Perfect size with large living area and TV for watching NCAA tournament. The unit was very clean with nice furnishings. We had everything we needed with plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Great view of the Gulf and Beach from the large balcony. The grocery store next door was a plus and we loved the new coffee shop just a short walk away. The pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs available and it was nice to have a view of the waterway while lounging at the pool. We would definitely return.

October 2016 - The apartment was so ready to original as in the photos. My fear that the photos could be retouched, did not apply. All rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and functional. All important kitchens utensils were available. Wireless worked flawlessly, even with multiple devices. But all, all best is this indescribable view over the Gulf of Mexico, one has both the kitchen and the dining room and lounge. You do not call him for nothing the 1 Million Dollar View. Sunsets from the balcony are indescribable. We have in this view always on the large balcony gefrühstückt.Die area around the apartment is also great. Next to a Publix, which really has everything and the bus stop right outside the door. Right and left of the house you have direct access to the beach. This is beautiful and never crowded. The pool is ok, not very big but sauber.Wir who fell in love with the area and would have preferred to stay there. Should we go again to the Gulf of Mexico, we will come again on Teeming Vacation Rentals back. Thank you for this beautiful holiday season.
