Great Experience

Trip Date:

Great accommodations – beautiful balcony views morning and sunset! Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. loved the pool and hot tub. Check in was simple and easy. Overall tremendous time – can’t wait to come back!

Great time!

My wife and I had a great time on our honeymoon! This place was great for the 2 of us!

Perfect for what we needed

Trip Date:

The location was amazing. We got in right around sunset and when we opened the door to the unit we were greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. The unit was clean and had all of the basic necessities and then some. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was adequate. Our oldest daughter met us there and used the Murphy bed, which was surprisingly comfortable as well. We loved that we were within walking distance of many different attractions including John’s Pass. The Fourth of July celebration on the beach was spectacular. Much more than we expected. The pool area and hot tub were a nice relaxing spot at the end of a beach day. All in all we had a great experience, the condo was well equipped and nicely decorated. The elevator was slow and hot but was much better than taking the stairs. This is something that would not deter us from coming back. Absolutely loved the shopping carts that were available to help bring up groceries. I loved the binder that was in the unit that explained basic operations of most if not all of the electronics and appliances in the unit. Plus we enjoyed the dining and attractions that were suggested as well. Thank you for providing a nice relaxing and beautiful condo.

property was very clean . Loved how there were codes therefore it kept people away that weren’t suppose to be there. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean. Murphy bed was comfortable. Overall a great experience and cant wait to come back. Only thing that would make the room better is maybe a bigger TV in the bedroom where the bed is. Other than that this place is a great value for the money.

October 2018 - This one bedroom apartment at The Seabreeze in Madeira Beach worked out very well. The owner allowed us to arrive about two hours early because we had been travelling all night and were tired. We appreciated that. The combined kitchen - dining area - living area - and balcony flows together and is large and bright. The kitchen appliances are in good shape and all work well. The bedroom, on the back, the "street' side, is adequate but we would have liked being able to open a window and hear the surf. The bathroom, also adequate, could use updating with a larger counter and more towel racks. But, overall, we would stay there again. A family member owns another apartment in the same building so it was very convenient being close together. The building underwent renovations last year and looks quite nice. The grounds, parking lot, pool and beach are very clean and in good shape. Susan M

August 2018 - Stunning views, and the condo was clean and well kept! Would definitely return! Osvaldo P

August 2018 - We are so grateful that this property was available as we had to make a spur of the moment decision to move further north on the Gulf due to the Red Tide in Sanibel Island, our original destination. We were not disappointed with the move at all. The property was accurately described on the site and properly cleaned & well-maintained. We enjoyed not having to carry around keys or key cards. The bath/shower was backing up and within hours of my call to have this issue dealt with, it was and there were no more issues. My son loved the Murphy bed as it was so much more comfortable than your typical sofa bed. It was also easy to put up each day to allow for more space. The main bedroom has a nice comfortable bed as well. The only negative is the one and only elevator. It's slow but reliable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. The beaches are kept clean, if you want to rent a chair you can but the beach is not lined with rental chairs. It's a peaceful beach for all to enjoy. Fort Desota is worth a visit. The fort and history are good to know but the beaches there are awesome. We are in to shelling and founds lots of beautiful shells. We enjoyed the long peaceful walks, seeing the sea oats being replenished and just simply enjoying the sounds of beach living. We truly enjoyed a most relaxing visit to this wonderful area and our stay at this property awesome! Nancy B

August 2018 - Top floor clean room with great balcony view of the Gulf. Location is close to restaurants, shops, John’s Pass, etc. Laundry was located on our floor which was nice. Beach is beautiful with white sand and clear water. Teeming VR was easy to deal with. Sent all the info in a timely manner and instructions were easy to understand. Only minor issue was the unit had only 1 washcloth when we arrived and we never received more after request. Would recommend this unit to others. Renee K

June 2018 - We loved our stay, especially being right on the ocean front, plus with the option of having the pool. Beach was not crowded and was very nice, water was so warm. Condo was very clean. Great restaurants close by. Laundry was real close, same floor, which made it real nice. Only down side, is the condo had only one elevator, so sometimes there was a wait. Heidi G

March 2018 - The property was exactly as advertised, no unwanted surprises. Daisy did an excellent job preparing our condo as it was very clean when we arrived. We would gladly return in the future. David and Diane Waldhauser

February 2018 - Unit 705 is perfect! It was meticulously clean, and had plenty of room. The Murphy bed was comfortable and great for the teens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Traveling by plane, it was nice to have beach towels, chairs, and toys there. The views and beach were gorgeous. The WiFi was spotty, but we didn’t need it. The complex is well-kept and pool/jacuzzi the perfect temps. Our entry code didn’t work when we arrived, but a call to Teeming had the problem solved in less than 5 mins. A wonderful vacation here! Pam H

December 2017 - Although the property could use a bit of updating, it was the perfect spot on the beach for a lovely, relaxing vacation. Main reason for only 4 stars was that the wifi was very sketchy and was unable to use most of our stay. But that being said, we were forced to put down our gadgets and just enjoy the ambiance and the beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend for a perfect beach vacation. Eileen G

June 2017 - I love the western beaches of FL. The property was in good condition. It was suppressing large for a 1 bedroom unit. I was on a business trip to the area and decided to bring my wife and two children (9 and 11). The Kids enjoyed the Murphy bed. The condo was located near John's Pass that had numerous shops, restaurants and water activities.

June 2017 - We loved our stay in unit 705. The view of the gulf is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. The unit is extremely clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Johns Pass. We will definitely be back.

May 2017 - This condo was clean, nicely and adequately furnished. The kitchen had the necessary utensils to cook. The view from the balcony was amazing!!! The complex itself was nice with some covered parking. The pool and hot tub was nice. I see where some had complained about the elevator
---we never had any problems with the elevator being slow AFTER he figured out that we needed to use the code :-) The location is great. I walked down to John's Pass several times. I would definitely stay here again
---can't complain about anything.

May 2017 - The location of this condo was excellent, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough (very close walk) to shops and things to do at Johns Pass. The beach was fantastic. The pool and hot tub was great. Parking was never a problem. The elevator was great once we remembered we had to use the access code! LOL! The condo itself had a perfect view of the beach and ocean. The bed was very comfortable
---so comfortable that we wanted to look to see what kind of mattress it was so that we could check into getting in for ourselves. Everything was clean and there were items available for beach use
---which we didn't use since it was just my husband and I. We would rent this condo again. The kitchen was adequate but one thing
--wish there had been a pizza pan!! :-)
