June 2018 - This place was perfect for us! We had 3 couples and we were all able to fit nicely. One of the bedrooms is super small but the house looked beautiful. The walk to the beach takes no time at all. John’s Pass is less than a mile away which has restaurants/bars. If I were fishing for a complaint the only thing we could think of was the half bath and master baths do not have doors just curtains. Luckily, we are all a super close group and it didn’t bother us at all. Great property, great location we will be back. Adhere to the welcome letter and be sure to get paper towels, TP, Trash bags but check the property first for leftovers!

June 2018 - Very nice, cute cottage with easy access to the beach! The entire staff was very friendly and helped us get it easily and have a great stay! The people before us lost the key so we were unable to use the paddle board so that would be my only complaint!

June 2018 - For a beach cottage we felt we had plenty of room, and loved the outdoor shower and court yard. Also the very close proximity to the boardwalk to reach the beach.

May 2018 - Super cute, clean cottage, steps from the gulf. Great quite place to enjoy a little down time. Close to shops and restaurants.

May 2018 - Cute, quirky property in a great location. This home is well appointed and has super comfortable beds. It was also very clean, which I appreciated. Be aware that the "door" to the half-bath toilet is a curtain and its basically part of an open hallway. That part was not clear to us from the photos. Maybe I didn't look closely enough. I knew there was a curtain for a door in one of the bedrooms, but did not think that was the case for the hall bath. Had the half-bath been more private I would have given it five stars.

April 2018 - Awesome location step away from the beautiful white sands, and walking distance to John's Pass.

April 2018 - This unit was a great find and conveniently located near everything. Just to the south of Johns Pass, this cottage was perfect and met our expectations for our week vacation on Treasure Island. We would recommend to anyone looking for a private, beach access vacation rental.

March 2018 - Seaspray Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. The location was perfect. A short walk to John's Pass for all the restaurants and shopping but far enough so we didn't have to deal with crowds of people. We rented a car to get around the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area, but we did see a trolley running that traveled up and down Gulf Rd. The beach was right down a short wooden walkway from the cottage. We appreciated all of the amenities that came with the cottage. My husband used the bike every morning. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels each day. The cottage is surprisingly spacious. We used all three bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family and/or guests. Overall, we had a very lovely time at Seaspray!

March 2018 - Would recommend this location to others, and we would stay again. Tammy

February 2018 - This place is so perfect!! The location is great, beach access is spot on and the house itself it so cute and clean!! We had very short notice for our trip, as we were there for the unexpected death of our close friend. We were traveling from Indiana and called at least 40 different locations and no one was free and the ones that were didn’t want to accommodate us on the short notice. The booking team and the owners went above and beyond to help us and I can’t tell you how much it meant to us. So to have it be comfortable, clean and spacious made things easier for us. If we come back in the area again, we would stay here for sure. Can’t recommend it enough!

February 2018 - I had a wide variety of family coming to visit me in St. Petersburg. They were happy to be close to the beach and Saint johns Pass. It was a very easy place to cook for the family the kitchen accommodations were perfect. I might have to get one of those space saver microwave/ovens

January 2018 - I was very happy to find this cottage. We were here for a work conference and had we stayed at the resort where the conference was, we would have had 2 queen beds & 1 bathroom to share between the 3 of us. For a small reasonable amount more, we were able to have 3 queen beds, 3 bathrooms, and our very own bedroom space! This was a very clean, very cozy cottage with a great layout. We weren't there very often, but everything was there that we needed. Even laundry detergent which I wasn't expecting at all! I was very happy with all of the information we were sent prior to arrival, and we did utilize the owner's restaurant suggestions, and ate at Slyce Pizza. It was the best pizza I've had in a very long time!~ Great Choice! It took us only a few minutes to walk across the bridge to John's Pass Boardwalk where we had a few drinks and did some shopping!! I loved living like a local for a few days, and can say for sure this was much better than staying at the resort!

December 2017 - Would definitely rent again. Only items to recommend blackout blinds for the east side bedroom (college kids like to sleep late) and baskets for the bikes for shopping.

October 2017 - It was so beautiful! Close to the beach and plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

October 2017 - This was a very nice, clean coastal decor cottage that sleeps 6. There are two "master" suites with bathrooms and one tiny bedroom suitable for children or a non-fussy couple. The walk to the beach on the walkway was close by and short. The kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook. Bring your cleaning supplies and toilet paper though! You get whatever is left by the cleaning folks and the rest is up to you. There were plenty of bars and restaurant nearby too. We enjoyed our weekend at Seaspray Cottage.

August - Very large and accommodating unit. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful beach and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and other local fun places. Nice size kitchen and took advantage of making meals at home. Master bedroom is separate for the other 2 bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay here!
July 2017 - The SeaSpray is a beautiful cottage for a beach vacation. Our girls getaway was enjoyed with all the comforts of home. We were a short walking distance to the beach, shopping , restaurants and John's Pass. The owners of the SeaSpray provide an exceptional stay!

July 2017 - We had a delightful stay at this gem of a beach cottage for our annual girls weekend
-- it was a perfect fit for our group of seven. The beach-themed decor immediately put us in vacation mode and we had all the comforts of home. The beach was a short stroll away and it was great to be able to walk to John's Pass, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village with shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this cottage and would definitely return.
